Andrew Ehrnstein was my initial point of contact with Solar City and came to our home at our convenience to present and explain the benefits, advantages and cost of installing solar generated power for our house. Andrew was patient and professional, and when I asked him to re-review the cost and the various financing options, he was patient and consistent. He also did an excellent job of staying in touch with me via phone and e-mail as to where the process stood in terms of the site survey, his crew installing the system, and in terms of the next steps as we waited for Excel Energy to approve as well. I appreciated Andrew staying in touch with us and keeping us informed along the way, because from his initial presentation and our decision to move forward with solar to the ultimate final step of activating the installed system, did take 3 months, so his follow-up was helpful. Over a 3 month time, sometimes you forget all the necessary steps. I know that Andrew will be just as responsive if I have a question in the future.
